# Yadi — final Wink brand kit

Selected identity: **Wink**. Name: **Yadi**, always with a capital Y.

**Core slogan:** Your Agent Does It.

**Campaign line:** You do you. Yadi does the rest.

The identity pairs a playful tilted Wink tile and clay attention dot with a premium, professional Hanken Grotesk wordmark. Satoshi remains the supporting typeface; Instrument Serif provides editorial warmth.

## Master files

Horizontal logo masters are 860 × 280. Standalone icons are 512 × 512. Each is provided as SVG and transparent PNG. The lettering is outlined and never depends on an installed font. The eye and wink are transparent knockouts. The fixed tilt is part of the symbol; do not change it.

“Dark” means dark artwork for a light background. “Light” means light artwork for a dark background. “Mono” is a black production separation, not an interface colour. Keep clear space of at least one quarter of the icon height around the visible artwork, including the attention dot.

Each has a ready PNG and outlined vector SVG. Campaign layouts also include `.editable.svg` templates with live campaign text; the logo stays outlined. Install Satoshi and Instrument Serif before editing text. Platform crops and controls vary; review the upload preview. No posts have been published.

- **Hanken Grotesk** (wordmark only): https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/main/ofl/hankengrotesk . Included unmodified under SIL OFL in `fonts/HankenGrotesk-Variable.ttf`; license `licenses/HankenGrotesk-OFL.txt`. The wordmark uses weight 600 with deliberate optical spacing.
- **Satoshi** (working typeface): https://www.fontshare.com/fonts/satoshi . Official Fontshare license reference in `licenses/Satoshi-FFL.txt`. Satoshi font software is not redistributed. Designers and printers should obtain their own copy directly from Fontshare.
- **Instrument Serif** (editorial phrases): https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/main/ofl/instrumentserif . Regular font included under SIL OFL in `fonts/`; license in `licenses/`.

Outside the source repository, the HTML guide uses installed Satoshi when available and a system sans fallback otherwise. The PDF preserves the intended typography without requiring font installation.

## Provenance

- Wink: original flat geometric artwork authored for Yadi, selected by the user from the second identity round. Fixed -7° tile, one eye, curved wink and clay attention dot. Mono exports use one ink.
- Wordmark: Hanken Grotesk 600, capital-Y Yadi, outlined with deliberate spacing. Font software is unmodified.
- `assets/ceramics-studio.webp`: original existing homepage image from `public/images/home/ceramics-studio.webp`; an illustrative scene, not a customer endorsement. Original notes: `design-previews/homepage-review/hero-asset.md` in the repository.
- All publishing PNGs are deterministic renders of their matching SVGs. The portrait SVG embeds a PNG version of the existing photograph for portable rendering.

## Rebuild and archive

Run `node scripts/build-yadi-brand.cjs` in the source repository. It uses Sharp, Fontkit at `/tmp/yadi-brand-tools/node_modules/fontkit` (override with `YADI_FONTKIT_PATH`) and the included Hanken font. Install temporary tooling with `npm install --prefix /tmp/yadi-brand-tools fontkit`.

The generator rebuilds logos, social assets, the manifest and final review boards. The HTML guide is the editable document source; the PDF is its print export. The ZIP contains only the selected final identity. Rejected concepts are archived under `design-previews/brand/archive` in the source repository and are excluded from the ZIP.
