Using Yadi
You must be authorized to connect the tools and act on the accounts you link. You’re responsible for the tasks you ask your teammate to perform.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Yadi to send spam, impersonate others, or violate the terms of connected services. We may suspend accounts that do.
Autonomy & approvals
You configure what runs automatically. Actions that contact people outside your organization always require your approval. You remain responsible for approved actions.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly. AI usage is capped by your daily budget. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
Yadi is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
